+ 0 moreDue to the crumbling ceilings above the drop ceiling on the third floor of a 3-family, they were not able to dense-pack under the attic flooring. So, with my permission, they tore up the flooring and just blew insulation on top to get an appropriate R-Value. Everything went well.
Description of Work: Air sealing in attic/basement, blown-in attic insulation, door sweeps, weatherstripping, and attic ventilation.
