They picked up the dumpster at 11:30 on a Sunday night. Woke up my newborn, along with the rest of the house. I was so pissed off. Then calls me on Monday and says I owe him another 40 bucks.

Dennis, the owner of Brunelle &Sons, set the bar very high for customer service!! We were very impressed!! We will not hesitate to hire them again, or recommend them very highly.

The dumpster was delivered the same day the problem was I needed it longer so was on pay by day and without any warning the dumpster was picked up without notice when I was not home and the dumpster had very few items in it you could call it empty ...then they called me back 2days later saying they would drop off a smaller dumpster for 3 days and it would cost me another$375.00 knowing I needed the dumpster I GUESS ITS ALL ABOUT GETTING THE DROP OFF MONEY what a waste of $475.00.

Dennis called me with a quote for my dumpster immediately, and was able to bring one over right away. The terms of the contract were clear and the prices reasonable. He called to check in a few times and picked the dumpster back up when we agreed with no issues. I will definitely be using them again the next time we do a major cleanup.

Dennis is a great guy he showed up when he said he would and within an hour after I called him he was back picking up the dumpster

He was hired to mow my lawn. At the end of the job he was yelling and shouting at me stating "lady pay me now I dont need to hear any of your questions". When I pointed out to him all the clumps of grass that are still on the lawn he refused to remove it stating "Its not my problem. Its the other contractors that you used". I said " your company just mowed my lawn". because of that the lawn looks terrible. He charges for 16hrs of work when they only worked 8 hrs. His excuse is he charges for loading and unloading his truck, getting gas, getting food for his two employees, making phone calls to his employees. He never informed me that he was going to charge for that. He charged me $780 for 2 employees, 4 hours of work. The going rate is normally $200-$350.

It was a horrible experience hiring this company. Mr. Brunelle contacted me by phone and initially offered the price of $350 for a 15yard dumpster for a period of seven days including two tons of trash pickup which is a norm in the industry. if paid in cash. I asked him to deliver the dumpster on July 10,21 but he delivered it and said July 10, 21 would be the first day. He did talk about a weight of 1875LB. I grew up learning metric system, in my mind 2 ton equates to 2000kg and he said 1875 (never registered LB in my mind). As the trash was almost all wood, I was sure it would be covered in the price, but if it exceeded more than 1.875 tons, than I will pay for the excess weight. I paid him the full amount of $350.00 as agreed at the time of delivery. Mr. Brunelle started calling me only after two days asking to pick it up. On 7/12 he again called. I told him to stop calling and that I will call when it is ready for pick up. However, on July 13th, he again called and left a message asking if he could pick up the dumpster. I returned his call after I came home from work around 7 PM and told him that he may pick up the next day, July 14th. He insisted that he would come right away picked up the dumpster on July 13th around 9:00 PM. The next morning, he called and told my wife that the weight of trash is 1.71 tons, and we owe him another $123.60 towards excess weight. I tried calling him and then I sent him an email explaining that the 15 yard dumpster includes two ton of trash by everybody in the industry, and gave him example of other rental companies. He became very rude and said that he does not care what is normal, and what others charge. He phoned several times, was very abusive and rude on the phone. If Mr Brunelle was not that abusive, I would have settled the dispute amicably. However, I was very unhappy and told him that I am not going to pay him anymore. it was not about the money but his behavior which made me say that.

Dennis couldn't have been more accommodating! He delivered the dumpster on time, helped move a piece I couldn't move myself and left the dumpster an extra day. I recommend him 100% to anyone needing this service!
