Prompt reponse with a suggested prince. Owner came to look at piles and offered a better price which included workmen to load stuff. It was less than other quotes with no assistance on loading. They came with additional truck and separated the trash proper disposal. Great service.

Overall a great experience!

It was an absolute NIGHTMARE dealing with this guy. I was harassed non-stop through text and phone calls on the day he was supposed to pick up the dumpster. He wanted the credit card info IMMEDIATELY even though I told him it would need to wait until after word. He wasn't due to pick up the dumpster until 8pm but he came at 5pm to get it, which I would have been fine with except he didn't give me a chance to pay later. He began with IMMEDIATE threats and swearing in texts. He made me leave my job to come meet him at 6pm to give him the check and he called the police department (who came and left while I was on my way home because he was completely in the wrong). He called me several names and made homophobic and sexists remarks to me. He is a deplorable human and should NOT be in business.

Convenient and easy. Got the dumpster a day early and when I called them for pick up they showed up within a couple hours. Will definitely be renting from them again.

Good service overall. Early delivery, a day early. Only discrepancies was 7 day rental as opposed to 10 and he wanted the dumpster back early. But he did leave it to the last day and actually came later than expected giving us an extra half day so to speak.

Dennis was an absolute godsend! He went above and beyond to accommodate me-and my requests to hang on to the dumpster more than a little longer than I was supposed to have.. His communication was great, he offered multiple options for my needs and was friendly and professional. Couldâ ve taken monetary advantage of someone who didnâ t know any better but he was honest and more than fair. Donâ t search around , just choose Brunelle and sons. I have the number saved for my future needs.
