Ted Sylvester, owner of Willow Tree Service showed up on time for giving a quote and the removal for my tree and stump grinding as he promised. The price was fair and all work was done too my satisfaction and I would not hesitate to recommend this company and the work they performed.

Called for an estimate. He came to the house looked at the tree and gave me the estimate right on the spot. It was a fair price considering he brought in a bucket, 2 other guys, a big chipper, and a claw to lift the trunk into the truck. We were scheduled for a day later in the week but they were forecasting rain. He called and asked if he could come a couple days sooner so he wasn't holding us up. That was no problem. He came with his 2 guys. They were on time, they cleaned up after themselves (there were a lot of dead needles from the tree). They were careful as best as they could be with the flowers planted in the area. They even covered the taller daffodils with a bucket as not to break them. I was pleased enough to show him another tree which needs to come down but at a later date.

They did a great job (had to work around a storage shed, privacy fence and other trees). Really helped us save our favorite shade tree for our back yard deck. Considering how many people needed work done after this storm, they got to us within time frame promised and the estimate was dead on. We would use them again.

the only problem was a scheduling conflict that came up but after rescheduling they showed up on the new date and time. everything was done in a professional manner.

It went well. We were happy.

After a earlier attempt when ground was too soft ted and crew arrivied and got right to workcut and trimed everything as requested they finished half an hour earlier than estimated.the ground was still alittle soft so they put plywood down, so as not to put ruts in the field which was very good as they had to park the truck on my neighbors yard.

I agreed to keep the wood but contractor left hugh logs instead of cutting down to the promised 18" fireplace type log. I had to call someone else to come and cut up the wood at an additional expense. Also contractor only offered $50 off the price instead of honoring the 10% coupon for first time customers

Because of a delay in getting the insurance check, we had to do some of the initial work ourselves. When Willow Tree came out, we explained the changes since his original estimate. Ted was great about it all, gave us a new price, very fair and did the work that morning. We were extremely happy with the results.

Never showed , didn't call on the appointed day of estimate . I called Ted from Willow Tree Service and we set Monday Aug.1,2011 for him to come to my home for an estimate at 7 PM . During that day , he called and said he was busy . HE asked if he could come at 7PM the next day , Aug.2,2011 . I appreciated the call , ans said , yes , that would be ok . I left work early , to come home to meet him . HE NEVER CALLED , AND NEVER SHOWED UP !!! I called him at 7:20 pm and at 8:00 and had to leave him voicemail . Today is Aug. 12th , 2011 , and he still hasn't called or apologized for not coming ! John

We called Ted Sylvester, Owner of Willow Tree Service, on Wednesday for an estimate to remove several piles of brush and wood from our wooded side yard; remove the remains of a large, dead birch tree and; trim dead branches from two oak trees. Ted arrived on Friday and advised about what should and should not be done. Ted's estimate was the most reasonable one of the three that we received. We made an appointment for him to do the work on Monday. Ted and a helper arrived Monday right on time. It was a cold windy day. They went to work immediately. We have had a lot of tree work and brush removal done during the past 30 years in this location. Never have I seen such efficient and thorough work done. Within an hour they had pruned the oak trees, cut down the birch, and removed all of the brush and wood. Never a wasted motion. Ted is a Top Notch professional and gentleman. In the future, Ted will always be the one we call first

Great service from the estimate until the final cleanup. I have been told it was a great price for all they did. Very easy to deal with. Highly recommend!

These guys are serious pros and very expedient. If you want good work at a good price and no small talk these are the ones. He also gave me the great lead for Joe Sablack stump grinding.
