+ -1 moreWe kind of got off to a rough start because they kept pushing my date back. I called up Eric, the owner and I said "look, our customer service is leading up to snuff". I had not given them any money or signed any contract yet and they were here the next day. They did a beautiful job. I am so happy. These big things that come up out of the ground about a foot and a half to spray and mist over my blower beds. It is like a symphony to watch the sprinkler system. It is beautiful. The other day I turned it on for the first time with a cup of coffee just to watch the sprinklers go on.
Description of Work: I used Down Under Irrigation. They installed a sprinkler system and irrigation system in our lawn last year.

+ -1 moreBasically good. Don't like that you don't get return voice messages, so they will come and address an issue, but you don't know it because you were not home to see them and they don't leave you any message. You just get the bill a month later.
Description of Work: Installed watering system, don't recall $$. Very reasonable winter closing and spring start-up. Very expensive parts and labor on replacement heads. Seem to get leaking heads more than my neighbors do - they replace their own, so I don't know if it is a product quality issue.

+ -1 moreThey are a very nice company. They are very popular. Anytime I had to talk to the guy and deal with them, they have always been very nice. I would recommend them to anybody.
Description of Work: We had a sprinkler through Down Under Irrigation. They come once a year and blow out our lines for the sprinkler systems.
