Description of Work: Called & left message describing the problem. Was contacted a week later telling me I had to fill out the online form. Several days later was called to see if plumber could stop by that same day. He did. Was very nice and seemed to know what needed to be done, estimating 2-3 hours of work. Said he didn't have all the materials he needed. Said he'd let schedule know and someone would get back to me to set up time to do the work. Ten days have gone by and still no call to schedule. Will find someone else.

Description of Work: Plumbing repair on a burst pipe in the wall. Cut and repaired leak on piping to front sillcock - tested it and found no more leaks. The repairman did a good job.

Description of Work: I've been a Tasse's customer for almost 11 years. They installed a new heating system in my house when I bought it in 2002 and have provided oil and plumbing services ever since. I like that fact that you can call them day or night and talk to a human being (usually the owner) and get prompt service. The workmen that come to my house are always professional and do excellent work. My basement is usually cleaner when they leave than when they came. I highly recommend Tasse's.
