Once he committed to a date, Mr. Dhembe performed all work in a timely and professional manner.

I was disappointed in the cost of this job and how the estimate was handled. Mike was vague when asked about an initial estimate. Then as the work was being performed, I asked him to sweep the chimney flues if it could be done and keep the total price under $1000.00. He agreed that he could keep it to that amount. Two days later he came back to sweep the flues. Only after all work was complete did he reveal that it would be more than the estimate. He had plenty of time while the work was being completed to reveal that the price would be almost 25% higher than his estimate.

I really have no negative comments to make. Mike was here exactly when he said he would be, he worked quickly, but was efficient, was friendly but professional, and even left a couple of little chimney sweep guys (toys) for my two older children. He was even concerned about not giving one to my toddler because of it being a choking hazard. I would definitely recommend Mike to anyone who was looking to have any service done on their chimney.

He did not folllow through on calling back when he said he would. The one time he did call, it was without warning, in the middle of a weekday, although I had told him we work days. I paid for an estimate and never got work done.

I called him, he came over made the notes(measures) and never got back to me. I called again after 3 months saying that I wanted to do the job and to him give the price. He said he would have to came over again to take measures. I set up a appointment with another company that day, so I called canceling with him, he didn't even remember that he set the appointment, plus he did questions like how much I could spend, because he's very expensive and that he's very busy. That's not professional, I wanted the job done before the winter. So, definitely I went to another company.

Mike is a very professional worker. All of his work was done in a perfect manner, he cleaned everything up and worked all day long. He sincerely has the best interest of the customer in mind and provides quality work. We highly recommend his services.
