Did a great job, but we feel he overcharged us a little!!! Worked an hour and a half, but billed us for 2, not right in my book!!!

these men were not only very professional plumbers ,but they came on time and completed the job in a very short time. they left the job in a spotless condition and were a real pleasure to talk to. I will be hiring them for more work in the near future.

He did some of the work, and that was done well. But made a huge mess of rest of it though. I would not work with him again.

Rich was highly responsive and responsible, showed up on time when he said he would, even initiating contact when some time had passed and the project hadn't moved forward. He was very flexible when the scope of the project changed (decreased). He was highly knowledgeable and saved us a heap of cash. I would most definitely call them back for any future projects.

The plumber installed a new toilet. The work was very well done. The one downside was the cost of the project.

These people know how to treat a customer, full explanations of what they are doing and if a part had failed they will show you why it did and repair it ! I recommend Buccelli & Sons highly!

Extremely disappointed. Was billed $400 above the high end of the estimate I was given. Charged an exorbitant amount for parts ($600) and he refused to give me a receipt or itemized bill for them stating there is a mark up on them and no plumber provides receipts. Left me with a toilet that they ripped out and wanted another $500+ to come put back in. I turned the sink he installed on after he left and it flooded my brand new vanity, they had to come back to fix it. Overall extremely dissatisfied with the unprofessionalism that was displayed and feel completely ripped off.

Rich responded to my request for water heater service on a Saturday almost immediately. After quickly determining the tank would require replacement he arranged to secure a replacement (under warranty). Rich and his son arrived tank in hand on Monday and promptly got to work. Great job guys!
