I was in a difficult situationâ a non-working well pump. No water. I called late in the day and they were at my door at 8:30 the next morning. They were polite, friendly and competent. The job was completed later that day. Overall excellent service experience.

Professional work all the way around. I had an old stone lined 80gal dinosaur water heater that finally retired. They removed it and installed a new a quality Ruud 50 gal. The vendor told me and my husband over the phone that this faucet would be the best and top of the line and it is not. it is a standard gray over the counter product from HomeDepot.

This plumber is not really a plumber at all. He cane to fix our shower handle and our sink and the first visit he had no clue what he was doing He left to get a gasket and cane back an hour later and replaced the piece and charged us nearly $300 but didn't finish the job. He also couldn't figure out how to fix the handle, or how to get the sink faucet handle off at all. Several months later after we got a replacement part, he cane back and didn't know how to install the part, left unfinished and charged us $200 on the spot and never fixed anything. He is a nice guy, but clueless.
