Prompt and very professional. Used quality parts. This was a for a rental I owned and he even drove my elderly tenant to bingo after!

Buccelli was not able to resolve my issue because the leakage involved the air conditioner. Buccelli does not work on AC They do straight plumbing requests. I have now contacted an AC specialist and my problem appears to be resolved.

They did agreat job, but could have cleaned up the dirt they left behind! Maybe I'm spoiled but my other repair people do make an effort toclean up the work space a lirrle move.

I have recommended you all to friends but with a caution. The work done on my water tank was awesome, the work on my bathroom was less awesome. I needed new shower and faucet pipes and they are an inch off from lining up with each other. While they do work perfectly, they don't look that great.

Rich was personable, reasonable, and was here to attend to our problem quickly and efficiently.

The problem was readily diagnosed and then the materials were purchased and replaced which seemed to have corrected the flushing of the toilets. The two sinks that were clogged were also uplugged quickly. All in all I'm quite satisfied with the results.

He kept in touch on the day of the appointment to let me know how he was doing time-wise, showed up when expected, completed the repair and the quote was completely accurate. I could not ask for better service. Also a plus-he did not mind answering my questions and explaining the repair to me at all. Very nice guy with a very nice assistant.

They did a great job and within the timeframe expected. I also liked the idea of getting a paperless invoice. This was a first for me for someone doing work at my house.

When talking over the phone he estimated $40-$50 to come and plow. I asked if he would be willing to do it for $30 since it was a small driveway. He agreed to this even without seeing the driveway or how much snow there was. Showed up on time, cleared the driveway with care. Needless to say, will be hiring again should the need arise.
