I discovered them on HomeAdvisor and send an email around 6am. Within 5 minutes of my inquiry Rich Buccelli returned my call and we set up an appointment for later that day. They called to keep me informed of what time they'd arrive and showed up when they said they would. They examined the problem, explained to me the options, and implemented the fix, I now have a working washing machine that doesn't flood the basement when I use it. I would not hesitate to recommend Buccelli and Sons and I plan to use them for my next plumbing problem.

The service was prompt and professional. Since my teenager was home at the time of the repair, the owner called me later in the day to explain what he did and additional work he saw that needs to be addressed in the future.

Mr Buccelli came and plowed my driveway within 2 hours of my contacting home advisor. He also called me and told me approximately when he would arrived to plow and he was at my home when he promised. He was very nice and informative. He also placed the plowed snow exactly where I asked him to.

Very professional and concerned with the services that provide. Willingness to discuss additional options was always open for disuccion.

I am not sure if i paid too much for the services and parts that i got. It was $515 to repare one drain and repair a shower.

Rich was very efficient and prompt. He called the evening before to confirm the appt. and was there at the time he said that he would be there. The work was done quickly and professionally. He was also willing to listen and act on what we needed done.

Friendly, responsive and quick work. My well pump died, called them, and they were on-site that evening. They were back the next day and had my pump replaced in a matter of hours.

Buccelli & Sons did an excellent job. They were on-time, very neat and professional, and did installation in great time. I had never used them before or knew of them.

Rich showed up as promised and did a fine job in a timely manner so I could close escrow on this listing for my seller in a couple days .

Honestly for any future plumbing/heating issues Buccelli & sons will be my first phone. Very friendly an explained exactly what the issue was and walked me thru the process as they fixed it. Can't thank them enough for their timeliness and willingness to help my situation (not having consistent water flowing do to faulty water pump) on such short notice.

Very professional. Found the problem, but since I had all cast iron sewer pipe that was over 100 years old, they suggested it be replaced with modern piping. They stayed late that night to make sure everything was done and all drains functioning before they cleaned up and left. Thanks Rich. Barbara Piechocki
