First time we hired to fix a frozen bathroom sink pipe had no problems. Second time fixed our kitchen sink well but very upsetting experience with bathroom shower. Not sure if he broke a piece, but ended up cutting a huge uneven hole in our wall, which was very hard to fix. The plumbing part worked fine but ended up being very expensive and they left a mess which he was sarcastic and rude about

Very professional and clean work. Rich responded within 10 minutes of my request. The shower valve was replaced in under 1 hour (including cutting the drywall & putting it back together.
