Although our initial meeting for an estimate did not come off as planned, Mr Buccelli made an effort to get here when it was convenient for me to do the estimate. This morning he arrived at around 9AM and was completed and cleaned up by noon. He replaced old piping with new pvc and snaked beyond the repair before he left. The area was cleaned up and all material was removed before he and his son left.

Excellent from showing up promptly as promised throughout installation of a new faucet and garbage disposal professionally. Including finding an excellent electrician to wire the garbage disposal.

He came on Sunday, he did a very great job.

I was EXTREMELY pleased with the plumbing repair. He contacted me immediately and arrived on time. The work was done efficiently and he even explained his work. In addition to my leaky toilet he repaired a leaky bathroom sink pipe. Cost was reasonable. I would hire Rich for any future plumbing needs and refer him to family / friends.

The pipe was leaking and it was an emergency and he arrived in a couple of hours. Friendly, professional and efficient. Replaced an illegal connection by the previous homeowner with a pipe and valve according to code and explained why. Will certainly use them again!

Rich and his son Joe. We're professional and prompt from the first phone correspondence. Rich kept me informed of his ETA even when he was running a little behind. Very important to me to communicate. Also, the ability to be able to text photos of the water heater so they could secure the right one was also invaluable. They finished the work in about an hour which made the price seem little high. But, I'm more than willing to pay a premium for good serivice of a self-owned local small business than a large conglomerate. The price was more affordable than I was quoted by anyone else.

Richard showed up on time, was friendly and knows what he is doing. I had been without water for 2 days and he took some time from his very busy day to come to my home and install the well pump. I was up and running in under an hour. Very happy customer.

Rich is an extremely competent plumber with a strong professional work ethic. He responded to my request on HomeAdvisor within seconds of posting for service that very night. Rich and his son repaired a leaked from the Jacuzzi in our master bathroom and replaced the drain through the garage ceiling (even neatly putting back the carefully cut out sheet rock). They were pleasant, personable, courteous, efficient and clean (no mess left behind). Rich and his son have done excellent work with a prior job and will definitely be our plumber for all future repairs and services.
