Responded promptly to an emergency leak in our hot water heater which had to be replaced. Asked a series of questions about the unit so he knew what he probably had to do, Arrived at location on time. Water heater had died. Did quality worked at a reasonable price and explained everything. Would definitely use him again if the need arises.

Rich responded to my service inquiry within minutes of submitting the request. He listened patiently to the problem and knew immediately what would be needed. We made an appointment, he called when he was on his way, and arrived as he said he would. If you are looking for someone who cares about what they do - he's your man. Rich rescued me!! Home Depot was supposed to come today -- they called this morning and cancelled. LOWES couldn't get someone to me for at LEAST 3 weeks. I found Buccelli & Sons through HomeAdvisor. He came and installed my new water heater, took the old one away -- and it only took a little over an hour. I will definitely call Rich the next time I need plumbing service.

Prompt, efficient, competent, highly professional, maybe a little on the pricey side. We would definitely hire them again, especially for non-trivial jobs.

As it turned out, I needed a whole new shower unit altogether. Rich and his son John, did a top notch job. He was very personable and friendly, and couldn't do enough to help me with this project. I would recommend him highly.

Rich called me up right away after I submitted my project on HomeAdvisor. He showed up on time for our scheduled appointment and was very honest about the repairs for my leaky shower head. He suggested a replacement shower head and now the leak is gone. I would recommend Buccelli & Sons and would use them again for future projects.

I wish all contractors were as responsive and professional as Buccelli & Sons. They came out on Christmas Eve day to replace my hot water heater. I called Rich with questions before and after the installation and he always took the call or got right back to me. I definitely will use this company again.
