We had a very positive experience. Rich was professional,courteous, and knowledgeable about the task,i.e. finding the source of a water leak inside the wall. Due to construction and heavy traffice in Sturbridge/Palmer, Rich called ahead to let us know he would be delayed. We appreicated this. Once at our house, he proceeded to explore the situation, discovered the leaking pipe, and made the necessary repairs. He also recommended someone to replace the wallboard that had to be uncovered.
