Rick Buccelli was kind and very communicative regarding my project, price, and how long it would take. He just made me feel really comfortable with the whole process and went out of his way to make that happen. Response time was quick, and scheduling was also very quick. Rich responded w a phone call the very next day after I posted our plumbing needs. Our job requirements were small, so he was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. He was on time for our appointment and fixed our toilet issues, out door faucet issues and found a noticed a new problem with our washing machine shut off valves that just started to leak.Our kitchen faucet he said needed to be replaced as it couldnâ t be tightened or repaired. He tried to find a replacement locally but couldnâ t find the brushed nickel we needed. So, we ordered one on line and he made arrangements to return to install it and fix our washing machine shut off valves. He does charge $175.00/hr but that is for 2 guys. I do think heâ s expensive but what tradesman isnâ t? Very happy w his service. 5 star recommendation!

Hi: I was quoted about $200.00 to replace the Garden Faucett. However, Buccelli & Sons carged me $350.00. Why is this so? I thought my quote of about $200.00 was "pre-priced" Paul

Hired vendor to do some cast iron work for my tenants sink on 2nd floor, ended up dropping half of the pipe down the wall breaking the water pipe, and ended up charging me for the repair for damage he caused. Now I have pecks under my sink on the first floor. I paid $2850.00 he did the work he was hired . Replacing some cast iron and lead pipes, plus removing garbage disposal and redoing tenants sink pipes. I wish I would of saw the reviews before hiring this company. $2000 labor plus $800 parts. There's no $800 in parts . Plus I help by smashing through the wall myself exposing the pipes and cleaning the mess. Which I did not charge for. Real nice people, but for the price they should off just did all the work them self for what he charged. $2850.00. There's a Sucker born every day. I was one of them. I WISH I WOULD OF SAW THE REVIEWS!!

He was very professional , and he got everything done in one day including the city inspector coming the same day ,I am thinking about hiring him again for a different project .

Very responsive, came out for a quote in a timely manner which I can't say many others did. Has responded quickly to my texts to answer any question I have posed. Came out to quote the job offering a few suggestions. As soon as I selected them, Rich made arrangements to rough in the pipes waiting for my generator to be delivered. After delivery and placement he then scheduled final connection immediately, showed up on time and completed work in a very professional manner. Very happy with the entire process.
