Prompt and efficient. Handled all three faucets needing service as well as provided guidance/advice regarding existing furnace and hot water heater. Appreciated the no nonsense expertise, courtesy and cleanliness. They're now at the top of my "go to" list for plumbing needs.

I was planning to have Rich replace my aging hot water heater during school vacation week, but unfortunately the water tank couldn't wait that long and failed a few days earlier. I left a panicked message for Rich, who called back, couldn't reach me, and continued calling back until he could speak to me and let me know he was on his way. He and his son were courteous, professional, and extremely patient in answering all of my silly questions. I believe the price was a little on the high side, but the value was well worth the money; in an emergency, being able to get help quickly is worth any added expense. While I hope I won't need their services again, I would highly recommend Buccelli & Sons to others.

Rich Buccelli and his son Joe did an outstanding job of installing my kitchen faucet. I had contacted Home Advisor after unsuccessfully trying to fix a leak.Although it was after 5:00, Richard contacted me immediately and gave me a quote,which I thought was reasonable.He gave me an appointment for the next morning,which I was grateful for,as I could not use the kitchen sink. He and Joe showed up on time and completed the job in about an hour.They are both really nice guys and I enjoyed talking with them while they worked. The faucet and sprayer work great--no more leaks.The bill was exactly as quoted.I plan to use them for any future plumbing needs I may have.
