Contacted me promptly to set up the job. Arrived early, replaced outside faucets and included shutoff valves. Knowledgeable and courteous. Left business card for future projects.

Arrived earlier than expected, began the work immediately upon arrival after inspecting the site and imparted valuable knowledge concerning the project completed. Left their card before leaving so that I could contact them directly for my next project which I'm presently saving up for. I did think the price a bit high but as I said previously it was an outdoor project and required getting underneath my unit in order to accomplish the job.

Was an emergency; so not sure about pricing. Showed up on time and did good job.

They came to my home, were there for maybe 15 minutes and said they had to run out for supplies. When they returned, 2 hours later, they looked at the project and said they could not fix it r/t house beam prevented them from accessing the pipe leading to the toilet. They charged me for 3 hours at $135/hour so $405. They then realized they could fix it if they used the pipe to the bathtub which is right beside the toilet. It took less than an hour and they charged me an additional $429.38 - 2 hours for labor and the rest was parts - a single tube that measures 24 inches long. Total rip off
