Rich certainly went the extra mile resolving a horrible incident that I had with a Rheem Heat Pump Hot Water Heater recently. The heater was only a year old and support from Rheem was horrible, but Rich dealt with them on the phone for two days and physically went to the place of purchase and assisted with a full credit for a new heater. Rich loaded the heater at the time of purchase and promptly installed it, tested it, and followed up with me to assure that I was happy with his service. His billing and invoicing process is automated and I received both hard copy and E-Mails of the invoice within a minute of job completion.Great Job

It's too soon to rate "Value for Money." I'm pleased with the service from Buccelli & Sons Plumbing. His quote seemed higher than I expected, but he gave me the lowest of 3 estimates I got for the project. I need to see how the pump performs in a storm to rate it as worth the price. Still I'm relieved to have it in place and more than satisfied with his work.

Another separate issue came up with the Well 4 days later, we called him back on a Sat morning and he troubleshooted over the phone - then came out on Sunday to diagnose the problem.
