+ 0 moreIt took prompting to get this guy to follow through. After the ceiling fans were installed in the upstairs bathrooms I noticed water dripping from the ceilings. He was not interested in coming out to see what the problem was. I ended up having a general contractor come out to tell me the installer did not replace the insulation surrounding the fans. When the moist air hit the cold, uninsulated metal box condensation formed - what I saw coming from the fans. Don’t install bathroom fans if you’re not going to do it right and back up your work!

+ 0 morePoor. Needed some testing of electrical outlets and replacements of some bulbs/fixtures. There was a long delay in getting a minor repair done. Had to contact owner several times who seemed to not know anything about it. Finally after a month, I got a replacement bulb installed. Did not work the next day. Owner came out to fix. Charged me for this, including late fee. Unresponsive to my concerns.
