+ -1 moreHe gave me a price and then there was some extras that he wouldn't tell me the price of. He charged an additional $1200.00 . The work was sloppy with paint on the floors. He took the finish off my floors taking the paint off. I had the walls and some of the doors and trim repainted by another company as I was very unhappy with the work.
Description of Work: Philip & Son painted one and a half floors of my house.
