Outstanding price and service! They provided the lowest of 4 quotes for replacing a boiler, quoted us 1-2 days of work and completed it within 1 day with a grade A team, which included co-owners Alan and Jamie. The whole crew (5 guys) were clean, conscientious, respectful and meticulous. The unit is working perfectly. I would choose them again.

These guys were incredibly patient with us. We wanted a much smaller system than most companies were offering g because our house is super insulated. They worked with us until we got what we wanted.

Not only was the price more than fair, Jamie and his business partner were the most professional and responsive of all of the companies I initially contacted for a quote. Jamie was extremely patient with all of my many questions and even did two home visits to consult and help me come to a decision on the needed work. The 5 quotes we had with mini splits were up sold and Sporadic in pricing, MWMS was fair and made sense. They did a great job and the house is cool, dry and efficient! I would highly recommend these two for any of heating cooling needs! They have 30 years experience! they just branched out on their own recently and are doing great!

I am writing to recommend the excellent work of Metrowest Minisplits based on our recent experience with the install of 4 minisplits and outdoor heat pump system. Our house is heated with oil and I wanted an alternative clean heating source and could not be happier with this added system to our home. No more noisy window AC Units. These minisplits are so quiet as well as the outdoor unit. Jamie and Allan walked through our home measuring each room, wall to wall, ceiling to floor, providing location and unit size recommendations and did not over sell. They took the time to review the outside of our house and listened to my concerns for placement of outdoor duct work and unit location. I wanted to use a local contractor who would also be installing the product and would not use a third party contractor. Jamie took the time to come back after they where finished installing units when everyone was home to show us together how to use the remotes, how to clean filters, adjusting air flow and explain the proper use of the system. Jamie was our technician. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He explained step by step in what he needed to do. He gave me a reasonable price. Jamie completed the job in about 2 hours. You can see he takes pride in his work by the job that was done. He left the work area cleaner than it was before he came! I was impressed with the supply that he provided. He gave the extra mile to give good suggestions to rearrange the compressor and hid it on a better location, instead of blocking the view of my home.
