Ashland Cabinet

They could have installed the cabinets properly and responded when we told them that one of the doors was not closing. We were supposed to have soft closed doors yet we have some of our doors that are not soft closed and they have not responded to our requests for that. The problem is still not resolved. I would tell a friend not to use them.

The lack of follow-up on emails, phone calls and questions I have had has been unbelievable. It has been over a month of communications and I still don't have a bid on what it would cost per hour to uninstall the entertainment center in the living room. This has been truly the worst experience I have ever had working with a store or vendor.

The project went very well. You won't find anyone as knowledgeable and meticulous as Matt at what they do. He was very helpful with suggestions and ideas, many of which gave us a better product at a substantially lower price, and also recommended a great granite fabricator that we are very happy with. Everything that was supposed to happen did happen on time and on budget. It looks fabulous!

Ashland Cabinets was recommended to us by a potential contractor to put some custom cabinets in our home. We called to make an appointment and were told Matt would have to come out to measure. We made an appointment two weeks out since Saturdays were not available. On the day of the appointment there was no confirmation so we called in the morning to make sure Matt was still coming. The person that answered the phone was not very friendly and said "I assume so". After waiting for over an hour for Matt to arrive to the appointment it was clear he was not going to show up. We called as a courtesy to let the office know we were leaving and to not bother to have Matt show up if he was going to. Matt answered the phone and was very apologetic but did not try to accommodate us to make up for not even coming to an appointed that we had confirmed that morning. If I can't rely on the sales person to show up how could I possibly rely on this company to do any work in my house. I can't comment on their work but based on my up front experience here I would not recommend them.

Ashland Cabinets was recommended to us by our kitchen contractor. What a good recommendation! Matt at Ashland Cabinet was personable and professional to work with. He came up with a winning cabinet and traffic layout for the kitchen. The Cabico cabinets he sells are top-notch and look beautiful. The installers did a phenomenal job putting the cabinets in. Our house has uneven floors and ceilings but the Ashland Cabinet team worked with the existing dimensions to give us a custom-fitted, beautifully installed set of cabinets.

They did it on time. It only took 16 days from day 1 to finish. They were extraordinary. They also did the demolition. They also moved everything. It was absolutely fabulous.
