I was using another sanitation company to do a title V. They said I needed $2700 of work done to pass and to sell my home. They wouldn't answer my questions or have anyone return my calls. After about a month, I finally received my title V report and called Kevin over at Southampton Environmental. He came in right away and checked out what was going on and reassured me that everything could be done for about $400. He was very knowledgeable and worked with the city health inspector to make sure everything was done correctly so that I would be in compliance and the buyers wouldn't have any future problems. He was very professional and I was really impressed with how well he explained the problems and solutions.

This is a family operation. The son came to dig the holes to the septic and seepage pit. The father issued the title V inspection and installed the risers; they were both professional and friendly. We had to wait until the risers came in but the overall job was timely and professional. The title V inspection report was extremely thorough (20 pages) and professional; it was complete with photographs and a binder. It made previous title V reports we had done look like grade school material. It was overall a very positive experience.
