John presented a plan of remedy for the problem at fair price. He was very prompt on the day of service, treated the house and was very thorough and quite professional. Presented a great guarantee and free follow-up service. A job well done.

Description of Work: John was very professional. He responded quickly to my initial call, kept the appointment and was on time, gave me a fair quote for the work, and performed the work on time and as quoted. We live in an 1827 Cape Cod house so it has a crawl space for most of the basement. John definitely earned his money crawling under the house to apply the termite treatment! He even had to channel his way to reach one corner of the house. He was polite and responsive. We signed up for his annual program. I would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: John came to our cottage the day after I called for an appointment, which made me so happy because I had expected to wait two or three weeks for an appointment. John treated the inside and outside of our cottage for all the usual bug suspects that we have here on the Cape and did a cursory examination for termites. This is the third year we have used the Termite Company of Cape Cod and with the friendly, thorough and reasonably priced services they give, we will continue to rely on them as long as we live on Cape Cod.
