Sam was prompt, professional, detail oriented, very kind and quick. He was patient as we considered the scope of the project and drove me away from adding unnecessary scope (and cost, which would have been more money for him). He was extremely communicative, something I rarely see around the Cape and meticulous in his work and clean up. Believe me when I say I have high expectations that workers rarely meet - and Sam met them all.

Very hard working and took on project of installing a canvas garage that had several design flaws. Sam was able to make all adjustments. Also landscape timbers were installed properly and finally was able to work in cold winter weather. Highly recommend!

Prompt, professional, timely follow- up to voice calls, text and email. Clearly explained details of job, answered questions and offered recommendations. Sam is a courteous, engaging young man with a solid work ethinc and pleasant disposition. We were impressed with his knowledge and customer relationship skills which were well beyond his years. We had several estimates for the work we needed done. Sam was not the lowest or the highest but was right in there with a price that wasnt pulled out of thin air. We felt comfortable with him meeting time commitments and he did so. He was knowledgeable of the scope and options and offered advise on improvements that would not necessarily involve business for himself.... things we could do ourselves. We are on a very tight budget and will have Sam back to do work in the future based on his value and his being easy to work with.👍
