Perfection! Kreative Barns did everything from design to permits to helping me choosing the materials for the floors, to getting the air conditioning installed , designing the path and the landscaping.. They went above and beyond what was required. The people who came to the house were very nice and responsible about Covid 19 precautions. They started on time and finished on time . The new room is more beautiful then I could have ever imagined. I am extremely grateful for their good ideas and the quality workmanship

This company was outstanding. Their attention to detail was excellent, and unlike some of our last experiences they laid out their plan and then held themselves to that plan. If they hit an obstacle they explained the situation and gave advice on how best to fix it. Our situation got a little complicated because of past work that had not been properly. Kreative Barn figured out what had happened years ago, and gave us the best quality solution. I would strongly recommend this company and Konstantin.

After several less than stellar home remodelling projects we were so happy to find Konstantin and his crew. Kreative Barns offers everything you'd ever want from a perfect contractor: honest estimates (never selling anything you don't actually need), good recommendations and suggestions, great documentation (quotes, invoices), timely execution, flawless execution, bringing in subcontractors when needed, and - very importantly - cleaning up after the work is finished. Kreative Barns is a professional company who made our dreams come true. We were told that they would create a room that would be our favorite. Well that's absolutely what they did. I hired Konstantin and his team remodel my bathroom completely. His construction guys and all the subcontractors ( plumber, electrician, tiler, painter) were really skilled and did excellent work. The two guys who were here most days were very polite, pleasant to talk to and super good at keeping my house clean. They were meticulous about every detail and took pride in doing a good job. I am really pleased with my new bathroom and would highly recommend this company.

We recently retained Konstantin of Kreative Barns for a variety of kitchen, electrical, plumbing, and cosmetic projects timed for a period of time when we were out of the country. In advance, he advised us on quite a number of items comprising these projects and, as always, his experience, foresight and customer advocacy ensured that each project turned our far superior to what was expected. All of the planning, procurement and work went smoothly and we returned to a job for which Konstantin under-promised and over-delivered, again. One of his traits which we really appreciate is that he is more interested in creating long term value for homeowners versus just doing as they ask. If he disagrees with something, he speaks very plainly and advises why he feel a different approach is superior. So far, he has weighed in similarly on every project completed for us so far. In each case the outcome implementing his suggestions was superior and provided a greater overall value. He is prompt, reliable, professional and each of his sub-contractors is equally professional, reliable and persevering. We feel very fortunate to be working with Kreative Barns and Konstantin and have several additional projects for him pending. Konstantin is a consummate professional, perfectionist, he understands all aspects of building and construction and project management and is supremely insightful, candid, hardworking and trustworthy.
