Quick and painless....Tim called me back the same day of my inquiry. Came out on a Sunday, was professional and took care of the problem. Didn't try to up sell us to a new roof, did the work quickly and was on his way.

The whole process went very well. The roof and trim look great. Tim Keating and crew did a great job. Highly recommend them.

Tim Keating did all the work with his crew in a very careful,prompt and professional manner. He arrived on time and worked the entire day nod cleaned up each day. I solicited 4 bids for the project. His was the lowest. He also replaced some rotting drip boards at no charge. He was always available for any questions. I highly recommend him.

We had requested estimates from 5 roofers. Tim Keating had a price that was very competitive and he fully understood what our job needed much better than most of the bidders. He was one of only two to actually get out a ladder and inspect the cheek walls, roof, and trim boards plus inspect the boards behind the gutters. We had every confidence in Tim and his workers. The came in stripped the old roof, put down felt paper and put in ice and water shield in places others never considered and cleaned up the yard. There was no and quot;give me 1/3 down and I will be backand quot;. Tim waited until he was done and we were satisfied before looking for payment. I recommend Keating Construction

Tim arrived before any of his team, set up the work place and was always the last to leave at the end of each day. The job lasted 1 week and we were totally satisfied with his work and have recommended him to many other inn keepers and neighbors all of which have been very happy with Tim's work
