Description of Work: Hi Efficiency got started very late, finished late, and made significant mistakes. The worst part was that he was very rude to us.

+ -1 moreTom was very responsive. He was pleasant, professional and flexible. He worked up three different possible ways of doing the job to make show us different cost scenarios. He was very patient with us while we tried to decide our best options. Unfortunately, we had to delay any actions due to the cost for the work related our budget. But I would not hesitate to use Rusty's in the future.

+ 0 moreHe used to work for a company, and he has his own company now. I really like him. He is the one who installed our heating system, due to other problems. That's how we got to know him. He is a very efficient, hard worker. He does a very good job. Once he does a job, it's good.
Description of Work: He came to repair the humidifier he had installed onto our furnace. He does heating and cooling for us. He is also a plumber.
