 + 0 moreThe technician was AWESOME!! He removed the virus and installed new software to prevent future viruses!! He also walked me through setting up a cloud environment to store all my pictures so I will never lose them!! Jeremy the tech was very friendly and knowledgeable!! I will definitely call him if I run into any issues in the future!!
Description of Work: I had a virus on my computer. I couldn't open anything. I was so afraid I was going to lose all my pictures!!!
