Description of Work: Adrian did a number of smaller jobs around my house- rebuilt some steps, levelled a section of flooring, installed a new basement door. All were done with beautiful craftsmanship, quickly, no problems whatsoever. Adrian is a wonderful, professional contractor.

Description of Work: I wanted to hire them to remodel my bathroom. They were very responsive. They came over and were very professional, and helpful and promised an estimate by the week's end. They did not provide that estimate. I waited another week and never heard back from them. I emailed twice inquiring about the silence from the company. Finally I got an apologetic reply saying they had a good rating on the list for their communication, which seemed a little ridiculous to mention

+ -1 moreADRIAN WAS AN UNBELIEVABLE FIND! HE IS THE MOST RESPONSIVE INDIVIDUAL I HAVE EVER HIRED TO DO WORK. HE ALWAYS ANSWERS HIS PHONE, OR RESPONDS TO MESSAGES. HE IS PUNCTUAL TO THE MINUTE OR CALLS IF RUNNING A BIT LATE. HE IS AN EXTREMELY EFFICIENT AND HARD WORKER, FOCUSED, AND ONE OF THE CLEANEST CONTRACTORS. HE TOOK GREAT EFFORT IN CLEANING AFTER EVERY DAY AND HAD MINIMAL IMPACT TO THE REST OF SMALL NORTH END CONDO WHILE PERFORMING THE WORK. AFTER HE COMPLETED THE WORK AND WAS ESSENTIALLY GONE (& FULLY PAID), HE PROMISED AND ACTUALLY CAME BACK TO DO A FINAL 5 MINUTE PIECE OF WORK!! I WAS SHOCKED & WHEN I TOLD HIM I NEVER EXPECTED TO SEE HIM, HE SAID ''HEY, YOU PAID ME TO DO A JOB & I AM JUST FINISHING IT.'' I ONLY KNOW HIS CARPENTRY WORK, BUT HE ALSO INDICATED HE DOES A VARIETY OF OTHER TYPES OF WORK.
Description of Work: ADRIAN DESIGNED AND INSTALLED A HANDRAIL ON A FREE HANGING STAIRCASE THAT LEADS TO MY ROOF DECK. HE ALSO BUILT A SHELVING UNIT ON THE LANDING AREA.
