Joe and his team were fantastic, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of roof repair or a new roof. Joe was extremely responsive, provided a fair quote, communicated with all the condo owners, scheduled the emergency roof replacement the same week, updated us with pictures and videos, replaced the roof, took care of the roof top AC unit and pipes in the process, completed the project in a day, and the crew cleaned up upon completion. This was the fastest and most seamless home project all thanks to the great work of Hennelly and Son Roofing.

Super! I called on a Friday afternoon and after apologizing for being too busy to come give me an estimate in person, Mr. Hennelly asked me a few questions about the house and gave me an estimate over the phone. The crew showed up THE VERY NEXT MORNING, right on time. They were extremely courteous, professional, pleasant and quick, and ended up charging me less than the estimate because the gutters weren't as clogged as they'd anticipated. I'm absolutely delighted. You can bet I'll be calling this company again!

Very well. Arrived at the appointed time. Reset a downspout that had become disconnected, at no additional cost. Very friendly and efficient.

The guys gave me a call on their way over and were here ~15 minutes later, right on time. They were very efficient and completed the work ~40 minutes after starting. A pleasure to deal with and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

The owner, Joe, was very easy to deal with. I originally called him to patch a couple leaks in my roof & to asses the roof overall. When I decided to replace it, he encouraged me to get multiple estimates and opinions. One estimate came in slightly lower and Joe offered to match it - so I decided to hire Hennelly & Son. Extremely glad that I did. He was quick to respond to any questions that I had and was able to schedule the job within a couple weeks. Joe & his crew showed up on time, sent progress pictures to me throughout the day, and did a good job cleaning up at the end. The new roof looks great.

The owner, son and crew are great to work with. They stick to their estimates exactly and can explain their approach. They understand their responsibilities, clean up, etc. The price was a few hundred dollars higher than other estimates but they were able to explain what they were doing and why and we had built trust from a previous small job. I do wish I'd considered upgraded material options for this job - Hennelly told me what he planned to use in advance, I just wished we'd looked around at neighbors choices and I'd asked more questions about how they achieved those looks in retrospect. In the end, the work looks respectable next to the high-quality original parts of the 130 year old home and the work was very effective in keeping the structure sealed and dry.

Terrific. I had used him a couple of years ago for gutter cleaning and wanted to use him for this job. I checked a few companies. He was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. He was very thorough in his work and made a point of letting me know via pictures and texts of the various stages of the job. At the end he sent a short clip of the finished job.

Joe was extremely responsive and helpful. He and his team came out to South Boston to fix our roof leak the next business day after I contacted him and got the job done within an hour. It has rained heavily twice since Joe fixed our roof and we haven't had one drop of water in our condo. We will surely recommend Joe to our friends.

They showed up within 20 minutes of me calling and finished the job about 30 minutes after that. They were friendly and efficient.

Not only did he come in at a fair price, he was able to do the work that same week and did a fantastic job in just a few hours. Work was completed quickly and the repairs looked great.

It went perfectly. They came out sooner than I expected. It was within a couple days. They where able to complete it within a couple of days. The price was very good. When I called, they said yes they can do the job and then came out within a day. I was getting pressure from the house insurance but they where able to come out quickly, even though it is 90 degrees out and I needed a black shingled roof. Its a great looking job. I am sure it will pass the house insurance inspection. I took a couple extra business cards to give to other people if they ask who did my roof. He didn't try to do any add-on's to get more money out of me. I would highly recommend him.

Joe and his crew were fantastic. His price was very good and the service was great. Joe sent pictures from the roof as they worked, he followed up after to be sure we were happy with the job, which we were– very. I have referred him to friends and will continue to do so. I will use him in future anytime I need to have roof or gutter work done. I highly recommend him.

They were great! Call them on a Tuesday, they did the job on Thursday. Kept me updated on the status of the job while I was out of the house and got the job done in a day.

Excellent! I called and Joe answered the phone himself. Scheduled a date and time, called exactly during the time frame previously agreed upon, was very professional, got to work immediately, cleaned, repaired, secured all the gutters and downspouts as requested. Explained to me afterwards what the problems were. I am planning on calling them again to clean out the gutters after the leaves fall! Would consider them for roofing as well.
