Description of Work: Cleaned gutters on brownstone in Back Bay. Was able to schedule quickly. Showed up on time. They were professional and courteous.

Description of Work: I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Hennelly. After about the fifth snowstorm this winter (I have lost track), I had six leaks in two rooms from severe ice dams on the west side of my house. Everyone, including the first roofer I called, told me that I would never be able to get anyone to come look at it, never mind fix it. I found Hennelly & Sons on Angie's list and cold called on a Sunday. Mr. Hennelly answered the phone himself and told me he would try - and boy, did he come through. He and his associate spent several hours on my roof yesterday - in the middle of another storm, trying one thing after another until the leaks stopped. And then he called me in the middle of the evening to make sure they had stopped. I thought the price was fair, to say the least, and I am so grateful for his great work and professionalism.

Description of Work: Removed and replaced wood gutters in from of house and garage. The work was high quality. They also added some extra minor repairs to wood work below front door.

Description of Work: Gave them 2 chances to make an appointment for an estimate. Both times they never showed up or called to reschedule. In other words no followup. I don't understand how they got such a high rating.

Description of Work: The guys who performed the gutter cleaning were wonderful. They took a look at the job, gave me a fair quote and did a quick and thorough job of cleaning the gutters. They were so kind and even put up with my barking dog. They only took about an hour to clean the gutters and removed two old squirrel nests. Great company!

Description of Work: They investigated what was causing a leak in the upstairs bedroom in a flat roofed house and they found it and fixed it.

Description of Work: I have a stain in the ceiling,which indicated a leak from roof. |Joe came promptly,took pictures,explained and fixed. Not a big job, but he took care of it immediately and priced it reasonably.

Description of Work: Came for an estimate, were professional and courteous, and presented us with a quote for replacing our EPDM flat roof and re-sizing and installing a new skylight. Communication (electronic) was more difficult with them. We did not proceed further with them.

Description of Work: I contacted Joe Hennelly to powerwash the exterior of my house and deck. They worked very hard - since the house had not been washed in many years - and did an outstanding job. I'd highly recommend them and certainly use them again.
