Description of Work: This was my first time using Angie's list so I was a bit hesitant at first. I called Joe to get the gutters cleaned. Joe happen to have a cancellation that day so he sent his crew over to my house. Dominic was very pleasant. He asked me why did I think I needed the gutters cleaned. I told him because there was water dripping down. He Inspected my gutters and told me that they did not need to be cleaned but that the gutters were pulling away from the house. There was absolutely no pressure for me to get them fixed however I felt Since they were already there I decided to have them fix the gutters. They were very pleasant, fast, professional and I would definitely use them again. That night Joe texted me to ask me how everything went and to make sure I was satisfied and if I had any questions or issues to please let him know. It was a very pleasant experience to say the least and I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: He cleaned our gutters and repaired the chimney flashing and it doesn't leak anymore. My neighbors saw his truck and asked if was any good. Said, yup once before. Well, he ended up working the whole street with positive reviews. Joe's the man.

Description of Work: I called Joe with a leaky roof. He answered and?or returned all calls very quickly. We went back and forth trying to find a time to meet, but Joe and son showed up right on time for our scheduled time. He assessed our problem, patched, what we all hope will hold, temporarily. Joe spent a lot of time assessing and explaining everything, I feel very confident in all the information he provided. Joe is getting us an estimate, and we will move forward from here. He and his son were VERY professional, and knowledgeable. Hoping to get our larger project scheduled with them soon. I look forward to working with Joe.

Description of Work: It took a bit of time to get the gutters scheduled (maybe some confusion over texts?) but once we connected Joe was responsive and made several attempts to schedule a date. They cleared the garden that was growing in the gutters quickly at a fair price.

Description of Work: Replaced broken gutter and cleaned existing gutter. | |Due to high volume of gutter work, it took them a while to get to my project. |They said they would show up on Monday, but came the previous Thursday. Since I was planning on them coming on Monday, I did not have paint ready for them, so the work was done without the new gutter attachment getting painted to match the house. Now I'll have to get someone else to come and paint that section which was supposed to be included in my service. Frustrating.

Description of Work: They cleaned our gutters. They showed up when arranged and did a good job and the price included washing a few skylights for me.

Description of Work: Son of Hennelly and partner (not the "patriarch" as they called him, respectfully, of course) helped me out with a downspout torn off the roof by an ice sheet during the winter. I am ever grateful to someone who will condescend to take a small job I could not manage by myself. The Hennellys were not afraid to answer the phone, stay in touch, show up on the appointed day, and give you a 15 minute heads up before arriving. That alone rates an "A" in my book. The guys were professional, funny, and engaging plus try getting anyone to come to your house for sixty bucks.

Description of Work: Replaced the gutters that fell off the back of my house during the winter storms.

Description of Work: Replaced gutters and fascia board that had fallen off the house due to ice damns. Looks beautiful. Great job.

Description of Work: They fixed a big leak and also shovel the roof off 2times during these last few storms.

Description of Work: Water was leaking through a flat rubber roof onto a third floor room ceiling and into buckets on the floor. Joe responded early the day after my call to him. He and crew removed the snow from the roof and found and repaired three three holes caused by screws backing out of the roof boards and through the rubber. The roof leaks stopped. I recommended Joe to neighbors who also used his services.
