It was a pleasure to meet with both Joe and Denis. Joe arrived exactly when he said he would and after reviewing the gutter system provided me with a very detailed review of what needed to be done. Joe summarized the steps involved and said he would be back in a week to do the work. Again Joe and Denis arrived when they said they would and completed the job as detailed. Extremely efficient and clean, I look forward to working with Joe again.

Gave an estimate over the phone and charged less than it in the end. Confirmed time of appointment on day of work, but then arrived over two hours late, and only called after already being an hour late. It was not a big deal, but it would have been nice to know sooner. Overall, we were very satisfied with their work.

Called Hennelly & Son on 5/8/14 and immediately got Joe. Told him I needed gutters cleaned on my home in N Weymouth and he said he could have a crew there the next morning and that they would call first. First thing Friday morning they called and said they would be here in 5 minutes and they were. The workers from Hennelly and Son were very professional and polite. They did the job quickly and cleaned up after themselves. They explained what they did after their work was complete. I will definitely use them again.

We highly recommend Joe Hennelly. He gave us an estimate on the job that matched the final price, checked in before and during the work and was truly a pleasure to meet. The repairs and restoration of the front porch roof and gutters look spectacular. Joe is a good communicator and a great contractor. He and his crew were efficient and professional.

Joe was terrific to work with. We started the process of getting estimates in the fall and decided to go with Joe. His estimate was a tie for the lowest and the references from Angie's list were terrific. When we met with Joe he was very helpful in explaining to us where the problems were on the roof and what needed to be done. Unfortunately we started the process fairly late in the fall and he was not able to perform the work due to weather problems. We agreed to defer to defer the work until spring. In late March , we scheduled the work for April 25 and 26. About 10 days before the scheduled date, Joe called and organized to have materials delivered and stored on the roof in preparation for the work. Early in the scheduled week Joe called and said that he was putting on a larger crew to get the work done in one day as rain was forecast for the second scheduled day. He confirmed the night before that he would be at the house about 7am and they were. He came with a crew of six at 7 AM and they worked until 7:30 PM, completing the work except for the removal of some leftover materials. He walked over the roof with my husband,explaining where there were problem areas and how they had been addressed. We are very pleased with the work and would recommend him

Joe Hennelly returned my call right away and came by the house to give me an estimate. Gutters were cleaned by the following Tuesday which is just when he said his men would come and they left a bill for me. Work was done well and service was great. I just put his check in the mail. j I would like my gutters cleaned in the spring and fall and so I will update later this year to tell you if the gutters were cleaned in the Fall. I also spoke to Joe about taking a look at the roof and replacing some slates after the winter. He said he will call and make an appointment to do this part of the work. I am looking for a roofer to work with twice a year for gutters and repair. It has been hard for me to find a contractor to work with year after year. (I found another contractor right here on AL and I got him to do the work once but in the following season he would not return my phone call.) I will keep you posted to se how Joe Hennelly and Son's work out.

Great, I had hired Joe the year before to do half the gutters on the house. House built in 1950, original wood gutters. He did a great job the first time, so I had him come back to finish the rest of the gutters. Very professional, great job all around, even clean up.

We noticed some of the shingles on the roof in the front of our house had blown off. Mr. Hennelley promptly came over and patched the necessary area. This is the second time we used Mr. Hennelley services and will definitely use them again in the future.

I called Joe to make an appointment to have the gutters cleaned on Monday afternoon. He happened to be in the neighborhood and said he would stop by. He did and asked if I wanted to have the gutters cleaned now. I said yes and they went right to work. He also fixed one of my lower downspouts that had come loose. Service was excellent. Since the job was not as bad as I originally thought, Joe took $20 off the original quote. Really appreciated that he could perform the service the same day even though it was later in the afternoon. This is not the first time that I used this company and will definitely call him back in the fall.

I had contacted Joe to reconnect my downspout. He came by my house while I was working to assess the situation and called me with his quote for the repair as well as a quote for a cleaning. He took care of it while I was out. When I came home, I checked it out and all looked well! Thanks!!

They were terrific. They called back in one day and came the next. They were totally professional and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them.

We had a big wind storm two days ago that knocked down this three story downspout. I checked Angie's list and found Hennelly listed very highly. I called in the morning and Joe responded right away. We discussed the situation on the phone and on his way to another job said he could stop by to check it out. He and Dennis were at my place in about an hour. They assessed the job and told me that a standard gutter cleaning was 160.00. They included reattaching the downspout. I was very impressed with their work and they completed the job in about an hour. I highly recommend them.

He answered my phone immediately. After 2 hours, he's already in front of my house. The team fixed a large part of the gutter, followed by a whole clean. I am so happy for the quick and well-done job!

Helped to provide a solution that was cost effective and met my needs. Replaced the front of the house with new wooden gutters. Used aluminum on the rear of the house. Good to work with, sensitive to concerns and willing to come up with a creative solution.

Excellent work. I caught Joe at a good moment, and he was able to perform the work same-day, right away. He cleaned the gutters on a small two-story house, made a few repairs and added a necessary downspout elbow. Very pleased with the operation.

This is the second time we have used Joe and again we were pleased with his service. Joe showed up on time with all the necessary stock and equipment. He got right to the job and even inspected and fixed a section of the roof gutters, which could not initially be seen from the ground. The work he did looks fantastic and we are very happy with the outcome. Joe is real professional and we will not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anyone.

Their prices were a little higher than others but they were very thorough and I've had no problesm the whole winter. The service was worth it. Joe Hennelly was polite, friendly and quick. I would recommend them to others.

I called and left a message. He called me back that day and set a date to have my gutters cleaned. He showed when he was suppose to. Was very pleasant to deal with. This is the second time I hired Joe to do my gutters and plan on doing so next year. It is a pleasure to deal with someone who returns calls right away and shows up and does what has to be done when they say they will and gives a fair price.

Joe was fantastic. I left my gutter cleaning until too late this fall, so I was scrambling for someone to clean them! By the time I reached Joe, it was already after the first freeze, so he couldn't do my gutters right away. But, he put me on his "thaw" list and cleaned the gutters after a stretch of warmer weather. He also completed some needed repairs. He was very professional and responsive. He did a great job, and I would definitely hire him again. Very reasonably priced too.

After several weather related cancellations, Mr. Hennelly called one mild January morning and scheduled an appointment for that day to take advantage of the weather. The crew arrived promptly and did all the work quickly and cleaned up before they left.

I had originally scheduled this clean in December but then we had a snow storm, so I correctly assumed they would not come to clean. They called today to see if I wanted my gutters cleaned and I was very happy that they followed up!

It was a good experience. They arrived on time for the appointment, did a good job with both tasks, and they were more than happy to do some minor additional work. They also cleaned up any debris.
