Description of Work: Cleaned gutters and made small repairs to loose gutters. They were great! Called me before they got there. Went over what I wanted done. Joe called me after the work was done to make sure I was satisfied as I wasn't home when the work was done. Very happy with the work overall.

Description of Work: Cleaned the gutters, which are very high. When they saw that there was very little in the gutters they reduced the price by half. I was very impressed with their honesty.

Description of Work: Joe repaired a leak that had been on going for some time. I had several other roofers attempt to fix this problem but when it rained the leak was still present. Joe not only was able to locate the real issue, he also gave my elderly mother a discount on the price. It rained very heavy last night and all day and the repair has held up. The other companies we have used charged us a fortune. Joe's quoted price was substantially less than the other roofers. Joe and his employees were friendly, HONEST and professional. They also cleaned up everything before they left. I will use Hennelly & Son for my gutter cleaning and power washing in the near future.

Description of Work: Joe had his son come out this time. I was a bit nervous because I liked the way Joe did the gutters but it turned out his son works like his dad. He did a great job.

Description of Work: I contacted this company for an estimate on repair or replacement of gutters for my home. Joe called back with 24 hours, but when I tried to set up the appointment for the estimate I was strong armed into a gutter cleaning at the time of the estimate. Seemed strange to have the gutters cleaned if I was contemplating replacement. After considering the request I chose to look elsewhere for my gutter needs.

Description of Work: Excellent job cleaning the gutters and making sure they were functioning properly. Actually took the extra time to put screws in to hold the downspout parts together. Minor roof repair with excellent skill. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: I contacted Joe the week before and he came over to inspect all my gutters. I knew the long one in the front of the house was leaking and affecting the new paint job I had done the year before. He inspected all gutters and even cleaned out one of them which was all clogged up. Two gutters were really bad, so I decided to have those done now. He came when he said he would and replaced the gutters that day. He did a great job. I was very happy and will have him come in the spring or summer to do the other gutters.

Description of Work: We had a job to connect a new Gutter to the cellar drainage system to drain water from the roof of our condominium. Joe Hennelly arrived on the scene. Looked at the Job, decided on nice downspout drainage piping and said he would do the job the same day. I was yes and a few hours later he arrives back with his sons and materials and connects the downspout and twists it into a tight corner next to the other downspout. I paid him in full at the completion of the job which from bid to completion tooks about 2 hours of work and four hours total. The job looks fantastic but we will not be able to tell if this solves our drainage problem until we have a major storm. The job looks fantastic and he and his sons used 40 foot ladders to install the downspout on difficult terrain. The work looks excellent,.

Description of Work: I called Mr Hennelley telephone number given on Angie's List and he answered the phone himself. He came to my house the next day, and cleaned out some very clogged gutters. He and his helper were very polite, professional, and did a wonderful job.

They came the same day I called since they were in the neighborhood, gave me quote that was considerably cheaper that a prior vendor and did a far better job. Very professional and thorough and actually pointed out some problems with the roof. They took pictures since I cannot get up on the roof and we will be scheduling them for additional work.

Description of Work: I found Joe for a friend who needed her gutters cleaned. She called many others from your list but he was the only one who answered his phone. He squeezed my friend's job in within a week. He was more than reasonable since her house is a very big three story and while he did the cleaning he checked the roof and found three minor things that needed to fixed. He did not charge her for fixing the other issues, kept his price at $200 for cleaning the gutters. She is planning to call him every year for gutter cleaning. She asked him whether he also does any masonry and he was very honest, said not but gave a referral to someone who does. He also did not try to find fault with any of the roof, said they should get another 5-6 years out of the existing roof. His honesty was one of the best parts of this process. She cannot praise him enough.
