We represent the policyholder, not the insurance company. When a policyholder has sustained damage or a loss to their property, your insurance company's focus is minimize their loss and control costs. Our focus is restoring you to where you were prior to the loss. We offer experience and knowledge in preparing, estimating and presenting your claim. No out of pocket costs and covered by your policy. We handle all the paperwork. We are the only firm in Massachusetts to hold both Public Adjuster licenses and Massachusetts Licensed Contractor licenses.

Services we offer

We present your claim to the insurance company ensuring you are receiving all the benefits and coverage your policy provides. Crosswind is licensed and certified in policy, coverage, and most importantly licensed construction contractors. We will accurately report whatever it costs to get your home and your personal property back to the way it was prior to the loss.

Services we don't offer

Although we are licensed construction contractors, we are legally prevented from performing the actual construction as this would be a conflict. But we do work with your contractor of choice to ensure he is completely reimbursed by the insurance proceeds.
