Jeff Franklin is Incredible- Prompt, Personable, Thorough, Extremely Knowledgeable, Fair and Reasonable! He revamped our faltering Sound System with practical suggestions, within our budget. In the process, he patiently reviewed the equipment usage for two aging technophobes- and followed up to see how things were working for us. The sound system is Dramatically improved! We couldn't be happier.

Two previous technicians were not able to resolve some of the problems with our system. When Comcast installed a new cable box, they disconnected most of the rest of the system. Jeff resolved all of the problems.

I couldn t be happier with the quick response and job done by Jeff Franklin of Home Theater Associates! He responded online the evening I submitted my request to Home Advisor and called me the next morning. He was able to get the job done that afternoon! He connected my old Bose turntable and Go Video VCR/DVD player to my Bose surround sound system (which was not working properly) and Sony HDTV. He was able to get rid of extra wiring, which I appreciated. Most importantly, he had me write down his clear and simple instructions for using the remotes. He watched and advised me as I practiced using the remotes to watch the TV, a VCR tape, a DVD, and listen to CDs AND my vinyl records, through the working surround sound system! I m thrilled to have this all working and to have the confidence I know how to use it. Thank you Home Advisor for connecting me to Home Theater Associates. Jeff Franklin was the right person for the job!

Jeff was great to work with. He came by to take a look at what we wanted (tv mount). Made another date after we moved into our new home to install and while he was there we asked him to also hang a very heavy mirror on the all which he happily did. He s he s very knowledgeable regarding anything computer,audio visual and home entertainment related. He knows his stuff!! Pleasure to work with and I would absolutely recommend him.
