Description of Work: Installation of underground drainage system to route water from 3 downspouts in our home/breezeway/garage area into a drainage tank and then out 50 feet to connect to an existing 4" drainage tubing. The drainage work, including seeding for grass replacement, was done in a workday with a couple of follow ups for reseeding issues. The original seed did not take and was resown by the contractor in mid November, then adding a mat of hay cover. A very mild late November and December allowed for successful germination. The lawn area now looks very good. The owner and crew were outstanding professionals, easy to work with and we were very happy with their service and attentiveness.
