They did not do the work for me; I had an estimate for far less money. Their estimate was for $2,600.00 and a fellow gave it to me one day when he came to review what I wanted done. I was not very impressed with the man who came although he came when he said he would. He did a pretty good job of presenting the quote.

Anytime you have a leak or water stain that appears on a ceiling your first though can be how much is it going to cost to replace a roof? Thousands! Now looking for a reputable roofing comany can be a crapshoot. The first name that came to mide was Aqam Quenneville Roofing & Siding. I have heard very good things about them, I see there trucks around and ads on TV. I called to set up an appointment, to my surprise they were able to come that day. The gentleman that showed up was very professional, came inside to see the water stain and within minutes was up on the roof. He noticed a few things that were causing water to come in. The best news was I didn't need to replace the whole roof just a small section, phew!. He explained what they would do including removing the old shingles, inspecting the wood underneath. They would then put down a material he described as a roof under a roof that would provide extra protection in this area that doesn't get a lot of sun, also in the winter it would help prevent ice dams, then instal new shingles and cut back the gutter a couple inches to help with water flow off the roof into the gutter below. The Adam Quenneville team showed up on the date we scheduled on time and took care of the repair as discussed. I received follow up on the repair right away and even after the next rain storm to see if I noticed any more water stains. I'm very pleased with the way they handled the repair and my worry. I will and have recommended them to family and friends.

We noticed some missing shingles on our roof , which we felt could explain the water spots on our cielling.Quenneville Roofing was one of the companies that came out to assess and price out the job. We appreciated that Adam took the time to explain the details of the problems. He appeared to us the most knowlegeble of the three and the price was right!. We added insulating our attic with QSheild to the roof replacement as well as gutter replacement. The Quenneville crew basically did what they said, and we are glad we chose AQR.

I called them and within an hour of calling someone was at my house giving an estimate. They had the lowest price of anyone I received estimates from. They showed up on time and had the roof off in 90 minutes and the new roof on in 4 hours. They never wasted any time, they were also very tidy. I would highly recommend them.

as far as the work goes let's just say I live on corner in neighborhood it's great advertising people stop by and ask me all the time WOW who did the job it looks great!!!!!!!! The crew was so clean they must of vacuumed my flower beds LOL. They even replaced a few light bulbs that were burned out I probably have 15 outdoor fixtures. The guy who does the window trim must be an artist it looks so much better than the old job from years ago. They all went around with magnets and leaf blowers even the shrubs and lawn looked better when they finished the job. I don't remember their last names but the first two employees that I dealt with to start the process were Don he gave me the estimate and talked me through the things to do. Then there was a young man named Jeremy he might of been VP or General mgr. he was awesome any questions he was there always called back within 10-15 minutes. All in all hope there is no more big storm damage but I know Adam Quinville Roofing has my back covered..........

friend referred me, office and salesman very helpful and informative. prompt inspection and estimate. they did what they said they were going to do when they said they would do it.

Everything went fine. The roof was done in a timely manner and the quality was certainly grade A. The property was cleaned promptly with the safety of our dogs in mind.

They did a great job. They showed up when they said they were going to. They walked me through the whole thing and they were very neat. They were the lowest of three prices that I was quoted. I was impressed with the entire thing. I am very happy with how the work turned out. They made the whole thing simple.

after years of neglect including major ice dams from 2 years ago that ruined interior walls in my family room I finally bit the bullet and had Adam Quenneville Roofing install a new roof on 30 year old home. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner the new roof looks great - and I don't have to worry anymore about harsh winters! I was concerned that it might take a few weeks and that I'd have workers coming and going but this was not the case - the job was done completely with no loose ends within a few days and the crew was respectful in minimizing impact to my lawn and cleanup. I would highly recommend them.

From beginning to end everything went well. We did however have a delay because of weather but were contacted immediately. The sales representative explained every step that would take place. He was there to oversee the start of the job, stopped by during production and did a walk around with us after it was finished to make sure everything was to our liking. The roofing crew was very respectful of our property and made sure to cover our bushes, plants and deck. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards - there was no trash left behind. We also had Q-Shield installed in our attic space. Our electric bill was lower the following month because our air conditioner didn't have to work as hard to keep the house cool. My wife and I bought our dream home from a bank forclosure. It needed EVERYTHING! We have used Adam Quenneville Roofing and Siding in the past for our last home (roof and siding). When we bought our home from the bank, it needed windows, siding and a roof. Because of our experience with this company in the past, there was no question who we were going to be using again. Our home is our LARGEST investment and we were not going to trust putting it in the hands of some "2 guys in a pickup truck" company. We wanted to use Adam Quenneville Co. again because we were blown away last time by the companys professionalism, knowledge of thier industry, quality of materials and workmanship. Once again, Adam Quenneville knocked it out of the park! For each task whether it was siding, windows, or roof, his guys showed up bright and early and performed a quality job with quality materials. We had confidence in them from using them in the past and once again,we were not disappointed. I have actually done a litte light construction work on the side throughout my life and I can tell you, they did'nt miss a thing and got the job done right, the way it is supposed to be. Again, for our largest investment, our home, we chose again, Adam Quenneville Roofing and Siding and would recomend them highly to anyone for theirs. Salesman gave us an estimate, told us when they could start, when they would finish went through all the photos they took, explained the problems and the process to fix it. Told us about the guarantee, which by the way is very comforting.They came over, did the work relatively quietly. Cleaned up after themselves, showed me exactly what they did and how they did it. It took less than two days to complete. I was very impressed. I have a fairly large home with many roof lines and dormers and attached garage. I have to say I am as impressed with this company as I could possibly be. They were not the least expensive, but I understand why. I would highly reccomend them if quality is your first concern.

The overall experience was excellent. I called for a quote and a representative from the company was there within 24 hours to take a look at my house to quote the price. It was extremely reasonalble and in line with competitors pricing. I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism from Adam's company so we decided to go with him. His team came on the exact day and time they said they would and completed the job in a quick and extremely efficient manner. We had heard a lot about Adam Queneville and called to find out about our roof. We knew we wanted to get at least three quotes. For my fiancee and I it was very important to know the company had a good reputation. After looking at their website we were happy to see they won an award from the BBB - an organization we trust. Prior to meeting with this company we met with another company who seemed a bit uncomfortable with us being a same s** couple. On the phone they asked about my husband and I informed them I was engaged and they said what is his name? And I said it's a her. And the person said "oh" in an awkward way. This did not occur when we called Queneville. When the salesman came to our home he had nothing but respect for us. We do not like to wear shoes in our house and when we asked him to take his off he had no issue with that. One of the other two companies the guy stood in the front yard and said, "yup you need a new roof"... he didn't get up on a ladder or come in or anything. The guy from Queneville came in and the three of us actually talked for quite a while. We actually found out we knew one of his past customers (which helped convince us to go with them). As two women you can feel "taken advantage of" or "talked down to" when it comes to things that tend to be male areas of expertise. This sales guy was so good at answering all our questions and never made us feel bad for asking. He educated us about a way we could save money on our oil bill by installing a special layer thing (sorry can't remember the name) in the attic. I was wicked skeptical, but he showed us proof. I personally can't tell you if it works because they just completed the job, but my friend who I mentioned earlier swears by it. Ultimately the price was a bit higher than one of the other guys (the third one was within dollars), but everything told us to go with Quenevile and we are glad we did.

My home was covered in wood shingles that were chipping and peeling. I decided to give my home a new look with vinyl siding. The windows were very old and extremely hard to open. Adam Quenneville Roofing and Siding helped me find the look that I wanted at a very reasonable price. My home looks wonderful!!

We were very happy with this company. They provided very prompt service from our very first phone call to when the job was completed. The salesman was very knowledgable about all aspects of the roof and made us feel like we were make the right decision....in which we did..we met with a lot of other roofing companies for quotes but we felt that Adam Quenneville Roofing and Siding stood out above the rest....they are professional and have been around for a very long time....he is a third generation roofing company! They left our yard clean and hazard free...the crew that worked at our house was very professional and efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone who was looking for roofing siding and windows....our next project will include Q-shield! Which we will definitely call Adam Quenneville roofing. They are priced competitively with other roofing companies....I always say you pay for what you get!

They did it in two days and cleaned up reasonably well. I think the price was a little high, but they did the work promptly and speedily and they really knew what they were doing. They cleaned up pretty well. I probably would use them again because the work itself was okay; there were some peripheral things I wasn't happy with.

They came when they were suppose to, did what they were suppose to do, cleaned up and left. Their prices were competitive. My overall experience with them was excellent. They did a great job. Their follow up responsiveness was not good but their initial response was great. Their punctuality was wonderful and their professionalism was very good.

They were just awesome and they cleaned up their own mess. It was a shingle roof and they also did the wood.

I called to get an estimate to put a ridge vent in my roof. The representative was late, and met me in my driveway. I was home alone, and he acted surprised I didn't have my husband standing beside me, as I was not qualified to stand there and point to a part of the roof that needed fixing. I didn't think I even needed to be there because I described it quite clearly, including measurements, over the phone. The man said that I needed a ridge vent and that they did X amount of feet for $1200+ (or 1500+ - can't remember), which would cover the portion of the roof that I had identified as a problem. He could do the whole thing for $2600 ish - which he said it needed. Mind you, this is just the ridge vent we are talking about - there were left over shingles so AQ didn't need to match or supply those. I later found out that materials are less than $100 for what I also out is a 1 day job. I noticed the representative was holding a clip board with a sheet on it, but was not writing any of the prices down. To me, the whole point was that he would give me the price, so I asked him to write it down. He said it was already on the sheet. I had to ask him to show me the sheet, so he did, and it did say something like what he had just said. Then he asked me to sign the sheet. I asked why I had to sign the estimate. Well, it turns out it wasn't an estimate, it was a contract. That made it even more strange that he had been hesitant earlier to show me the sheet, and now he wanted me to sign it? I said I would not sign because I was in the soliciting bids phase, as I had been quite clear about over the phone. I was not about to sign with him as I had not gotten the other bids yet. I said I wanted an estimate. He got pretty animated and said I should sign, and I said no repeatedly. He said this was how they did it. I said not with me it isn't. He refused to leave me a written estimate, which wasted my entire afternoon. I later found out that I could do better on the price, so I was glad I hadn't made any promises. At least only the afternoon was wasted, not the money.
