Description of Work: Replacement of a skylight and repair of interior damage to drywall. Cost was high but they were able to undertake the work immediately and get it done before the big snows came. The quality of the finish work was also excellent but there were three missed appointments without notification. Personnel are professional and respectful. We also had a roof replaced by them about five years ago. The quality of that work was excellent and the service was prompt. We would likely use them again simply because the work is first rate and they warranty their own work, though the no shows are inconvenient and frustrating.

Description of Work: Stripped and Replaced my entire roof. The work spilled into a 2nd day which was no issue for me. The days were quite short late November and the crew was done in a couple hours the next morning.

Description of Work: Gutters. Went fine Am guessing at date--it was a while ago. Cannot remember what we paid.

Description of Work: Replaced flat area of roof. The initial response from both office & consultant was timely and professional. Everything was fine up to & including the work itself. The only issue I had was the lack of follow up. Materials were left (half used cans of solvents, unused insulation sheets) that I have no use for. I would have appreciated a phone call explaining the actual work and any potential problems they may have found under the old roof if any. I only received a bill with no evaluation opportunity. Overall an A -

Description of Work: Adam Quenneville stripped two old layers of shingles, installed an ice barrier, proetctive fabric barrier, new shingles, new bathroom vent pipe and fan cap and flashing around our chimney. The service throughout the whole process and the workmanship were exceptional! And the cleanup around our home was also exceptional. We are very pleased and amazed with our entire experience. We will definately reccomend them to anyone and everyone!

Description of Work: I chose them because they had an A rating with the Better Business Bureau. | |They put siding on my 3 season home in Westhamptnn Massachusetts at Pine Island Lake. | |The sales man came out with pressure to sign that day for an extra 300 hundred off. I signed. Two weeks later I changed the trim color and a brand new contract was signed. They said they did not sub-contract. |They promised to get the work done by early July. That never happened. I called and called. Nothing. August 1st I told them I was leaving for Florida.They came out. August 2nd a shipment of siding arrived and workers from a different siding company. I checked the order and told the workers that the trim color was wrong. They showed me the order they received from Queniville. It was the wrong color. I called Queniville and they did not get back to me. The workers said I would have to take this color. I was heart broken. They commenced working and I had to leave MA in 3 days . I called mly son who owns a medical company in Florida and he got involved and finally got through to Queneville. Queniville sent the 1st contract to the out sourcer. He did not realize we had an amended ( new contract). |It was too late to do anything and at age 76 I was forced to live with a color I did not want. I could not afford to have it all ripped off and do it over. It was Quenivelle's fault. He fired the sales man and he gave us a little bit back in $'s but no where near enough. | |I called the Business Bureau in Northampton Mass. and they said they were in court with Queniville for not getting permits before doing work. Description of Work: Alan's & his crew showed up early and got right to work. Never seen that many guys working like they did. Could have been a easier on my shrubs but I knew it was going to be tough. The;y finished in a day and half with a smaller crew coming back on a Sunday morning. I went up on the roof with them to expect their work. One other thing they needed to replace some of the plywood under the old roof and they did this without any further charge. I highly recommend Adam Quinville Roofing.

Description of Work: The company did an excellent job. The roof at my office was leaking and they responded immediately to fix the problem. They put on the entire new roof and it looks great. The company has called me personally to check that everything was to my satisfaction. The workers were great. They did the job in a short period of time and they cleaned up everything when they were done. I would highly recommend using Adam Quenville roofing.

Description of Work: Someone came out to give me an estimate on redoing a section of roof on an addition. After the initial visit, I was told an estimate would be written up and provided within a few days. After calling back a week later and being told it was still being worked on, I never heard from them again.
