Streamline Remodeling

We couldn't be happier with the addition. We live on a property by which commuters pass frequently, and we have consistently heard that our addition is wonderful. In fact, people say that it doesn't look like an addition at all. The interior and the exterior look like they've always been a part of the house. Chris is a wonderful craftsman, and generally a great guy. When you do a major project like this one, you essentially "live" with your contractor, so it's great if you can get along. Also, the crew Chris employs is professional. Chris is responsive and easy going, fully committed to doing the job right to make sure we are happy with the finish project. Naturally, we changed our mind several times along the way, so it's great that Chris can go with the flow. We interviewed several contractors for this project, but selected Streamline Remodeling, since we worked with Chris before to refinish a basement and other bathrooms in the house. Shortly after the project was completed, my brother-in-law who is a contractor in another state was visiting and commented on the quality craftsmanship. We would hire Chris again in a minute. In fact, he is currently doing work at our son's house. Happy to talk about Chris anytime, and we're also willing show off the work.

I first hired Chris in November of 2012 insisting he had a 2 week window to complete a bathroom remodel. He completed it in the 2 weeks. I next hired him for a total kitchen, hall, and a small bathroom. That was in spring of 2013. I was able to continue living in my condo as Chris and his workers did a wonderful remodel Then in spring of 2014 he returned to do over my master bathroom. I am very happy with all the work, and continue to recommend him to friends. His suggestions are valuable and his expertise is the greatest.

Chris and his workers worked under a very short window under high pressure. The 32 years of experience showed when he was under pressure to complete the project. Chris is able to find the needle in the haystack and get the job done. Unseen problems arose and he solved the problems one at a time with efficiency and patients. He is skilled in many areas. If you have any question plumbing, electrical, tile, drywall. He can do it all. Clients get into trouble when they don't understand the process. He knows the most efficient way to Get the Job done! I contacted Streamline Remodeling at the recomendation of a friend who had a good experience with the compamy. The owner, Chris, was quick to return my call and set up an appointment to come see my place. He arrived on time and was very professional. At the time of our initial meeting I was not sure if I was going to sell my place or attempt to rent it. All I knew was that my house was in need of some upgrades before I did either. Chris took well over an hour of his time to walk through my property, listen to my ideas and offer his own suggestions. For example, I had initially planned on tearing out the old kitchen cabinets and replacing them. After looking at them, however, Chris thought it would be more cost effective for me to simply resurface them given my desire to rent or sell. Chris worked with me to narrow the scope of the project and come up with a plan. He arrived everyday on time and was pleasant to be around. He would happily stop what he was doing to help me with the "do it yourself" projects I thought I could do on my own but inevitably screwed up (things that fell outside of the scope of work he was hired for). The total project took just under 2 weeks and came in on budget. I could not have been happier with the quality of the work or Streamline Remodeling. I would highly recomend them.
