I was right ! Job well done. Team worked on schedule (8 to 4) and where well organized (3 to 5 at a time) completing the job in 6 days. Shingles where installed row by row in perfect lines resulting in a perfect and hansom new house ! I would highly recommend !

After researching and meeting with 4 roofers, I found Roofing & Siding of Cape Cod most reliable and is very knowledgeable. Dzmitry answered all of my questions as well as educated me on the various types of roofing. The quote he provided was very reasonable and not sky high like from some "well-known roofers". His team was quick, efficient and did a wonderful job cleaning up our property after each day!.. which was very important to me since we have children who like to play on the lawn. Even the roof was done in 2 days. You may get a cheaper estimate somewhere else... but if you want the job done right and professionally, then call Roofing & Siding of Cape Cod. They did such a great job on our house, I want to tell everyone! They gave us a timeline and stuck to it, they are honest and reliable, and the quality of their work is outstanding! Definitely recommended. P.S. The job was done back in spring. Sorry for writing the review so late.

The owner came and inspected the roof where the leak was. He suggested that I do more than some of the other contractors, but covered all possibilities of where the water was leaking in. His crew came and performed the work. The shingles are not an exact match but they are pretty close to the original. The owner and crew were polite, professional and got right to completing the task at hand. The yard, and gutters were left clean. There was no damage to the plants next to the house. So far no leaks. I would hire Roofing and Siding of Cape Cod again. There is something to say about having a contractor that you believe is honest and will stand behind his work.

Dmitry was hired by my builder to replace and install the CertainTeed fiber cement shapes siding on my house being built. The siding had already been installed incorrectly on two sides of the house by someone else. Dmitry installed the siding on the east and south sides of the house and then had to replace all of the incorrectly installed siding on the west and north sides. He did the job perfectly and followed all of the manufacturer's installation instructions to the letter. I became very familiar with the instructions when I had to convince my builder that the first sider was installing it incorrectly. The installation of the siding, if the manufacturer's instructions are followed, is very time consuming and detail-oriented. Dmitry did not rush the job at all. He did a quality job and the siding looks beautiful. He is a meticulous craftsman and takes great pride in what he does. I cannot say enough good things about him. The siding was completed in the spring of 2011. Several months ago my husband and I noticed that a crack had developed in one of the shingles in the first course on the east side of the house. A few days ago I noticed that the shingle had fallen off. I called Dmitry directly instead of going through my builder and he came over that same day. He was able to caulk and glue the piece that had fallen off back into place. He refused to charge me anything for the repair even though it was not his fault. I would not hesitate to use Dmitry again and would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a quality job done. He is like the craftsmen of old that are almost impossible to find now.
