+ -1 moreI am extremely disappointed with MyGenerationEnergy. Last October I had them come out and replace 3 inverters on my solar system. They charge $150 for the first, and $30 for each additional. This month I had another failure. I was NOT notified that their pricing had changed to $250!!!! for one inverter! To have an established client, and within 6 months to almost double the price and then not notify until you bill them... Extremely shady Bait and Switch IMHO. I will be looking elsewhere if I need service again. UPDATE: My Generation Energy reached out about the issue and said it was a mistake on their end and have addressed and fixed it.

+ -1 moreI had a solar system installed by an incompetent solar company that has since gone bankrupt. I found My Generation Energy and they have been sooo much better to work with. They have been very responsive, super helpful and have taken care of most of the work the prior installer made me do, and their prices are the same. I definitely plan to work with them again if I run into any other issues moving forward!
