Description of Work: I have already furnished a detailed explanation of the services and lack of responsiveness by this company. Essentially, they provided summer rental services for my property. When a tenant broke the lease agreements (smoking on the property, over occupied, misuse of the property by storing garbage outside creating a health hazard) the only way I could get the owner to do anything was to threaten to turn off the services to the house. And then, he gave the tenants their money back because he was 'afraid of getting sued'. The company's lack of experience was a likely contributor but I was treated like a moron. The owner failed to recognize, as the property owner, and a former Marine, he should not have told me what I could or could not do
