Ken does regular checks of our property and manages the maintanence of the property. He is punctual and very responsive. He is confident and knows all the right people to help when we need service. He is amazing. He takes special care to insure your property is well cared for and safe.

Never responded to our initial calls.

I found him on Angie's List. He lives close by, and that makes it easier. He hasn't been good about being responsive.

He was very good and I would give them an excellent rating. The price was very reasonable. They were very reliable and reasonable. I would use them again if I needed to.

I contacted this company in early-May to do a spring clean-up in my yard. Ken told me he would go by my house within a week or so and send me an estimate. In late-May I had not received his estimate so emailed him. He said he had the estimate but forgot to send it and that he was having computer problems, but would send it to me immediately. It's now early-August and I haven't seen a thing,

We have used Ken repeatedly since our first engagement with him over one year ago. Although Ken's primary business is landscaping, he is very knowledgable and capable in other areas, including installation of ceiling fans, waterproofing basement and other home soultions. He is a pleasure to deal with, always fair in pricing and completely reliable.

Ken is our "go to" guy for just about any home repair and installation work. We moved to our home at the end of the summer and I had a laundry list of tasks from home improvements to repairs. One of our priorities was to add a ventilating fan and remove a bathtub enclosure in our bathroom since moisture was a problem. He found and installed an effective, quiet fan immediately. When he removed the enclosure, he found damage due to years of moisture build-up. Ken took the initiative to put clean the area and install a board that resists moisture. Finally, he did a beautiful job installing the tile and painting the walls so that our bathroom looks like new. Every time I call Ken, he is courteous, prompt and helpful. He follows up and completes each task in a timely manner. I wish we had found Ken years ago-

Ken has helped us get our home into shape as we moved into it for permanent residence (we had been renting it out for 25 years). Moving into the home meant that the cellar - original 19th century, dark, moist etc - was converted into something we could use for storage. He did everything, including working outside at the foundation to create a catch basin system worthy of the Romans! (To keep the cellar dry). It is wonderful and dry as a bone now. In addition, he did a host of other things to improve, finish and get our home in working order. Once the winter was through, he helped us get our landscape in order - he sure knows his stuff when it comes to trees, lawn and plantings. THis is a professional, personable, honest and reliable service provider, very capable in many ways and I plan to rely on him for as long as I am around and he is in business!! My only regret is that there is no AAA+++ rating on Angie's list!!
