Very intimate. He came right through our offices with the samples of various carpets. He sat down and spent a good amount of time with the ladies of the office to go over the color decisions with them and to make sure everybody was comfortable with the color and type of carpet. He was very available to me at any time. Just very very helpful in laying out all the different styles and color options there were.

They did a superb job and I would hire them again. I would highly recommend them.

Ken quoted us a very reasonable price for the two rugs with a delivery we didn't think would be possible. Sure enough, he called us several days before the quoted date, advising us the rugs would be in, in time for Christmas. As he promised. We set a date and time for delivery and again we were pleasantly surprised with the courteous delivery people asking if they could do anything else for us after they laid the pad and carpet as well as putting all the furniture back in place very carefully. It is nice to know that there are still professional people out there that have respect for your time. I couldn't recommend a more reliable, responsive, knowledgeable, pleasant person than Ken Hogan to deal with for floor covering.

I have an older carpet that only needed the "bumps" stretched out. Ken arranged for Rennie to come and fix it. He did an excellent job. It was a very time consuming job and Rennie was able to accomplish it in a short time. He told me that I didn't really need to replace the carpet, since it had little wear, even though it was older. He could have said differently but was quite honest. I would definitely recommend The Carpet Man to anyone who needs repair or carpet install. He's very honest and will tell you what you need.

We needed to replace carpet in two rooms Ina house we were purchasing. We needed the work done during a small window of time. Ken Hogan was able to install quality carpet at a fair price during the days that we needed it done. This is my second time dealing with ken hogan and I strongly recommend him.

I needed a new carpet in a space undergoing renovation. Ken came out immediately to do a free estimate, brought in samples, asked relevant questions about the use of the room, pets, likeliness of water damage, etc, and gave us an estimate. We thought it was high, so went to Home Depot and Kent's Carpetland, where the estimates were about the same and the salesmen half as knowledgeable about what we needed and didn't ask any questions about the space. We went with Ken, and are delighted with the outcome.
