The bathrooms were completed on time. All workers were friendly, trustworthy and paid attention to details. They were more than willing to answer questions and concerns. Peter and Derek were particularly good. Jeff was easy to work with and not only promised beautiful bathrooms but delivered them.

Very well. Jeff Baroni, the owner is great. We needed a contractor right away and he put his own people on the job almost immediately. This is a second home and we are from out of state. Jeff has been great helping us out since we don't know the area. He even stops by the house to check on it when we are not there. The work is excellent.

We had Custom Crafted Homes do a total renovation on our house this past spring, they did such a great job and we couldn’t be happier. Last month we noticed some cracks in our ceiling where we had a load bearing wall removed in our 1974 house. Jeff immediately took care of the problem (due to settling) and had the ceiling replaster and repainted in one day without any mess. We would highly recommend Jeff and his team.

There were a few surprises along the way during the renovation, as there would be with any remodeling of an older house, but Jeff and his crew worked with us to resolve any issues we encountered. As we sit in our "new" house we are amazed at all the work that was completed in a little over 31/2 months...we actually have a totally new home and I finally have my "dream kitchen". I worked as a carpenter and then remodeler for over 40 years. Now in my 60s, I'm semi-retired, and far too much of an ole horse to even think of doing work as major as this myself. So this was MY first time as the client, which was quite strange at first. But knowing all the ins and outs of the business, I knew exactly what I wanted done, as well as what the many things were that could go wrong. Right from the start Jeff Baroni worked right with me to create a contract for the project that we both approved of. Once his crew showed up on site, I could see that they enjoyed and loved their work. That's the sign of a true craftsman, when one stands back at the end of the day and admired what one's built. (I still remember that feeling, and will put it to use on a few bookshelves and a bar in the basement!) From start to finish the project went just as well as if I'd bid it, written the contract, ordered the stock, and built it all myself. (Which once upon a time I would have done) That's my gold standard for quality, and CCH did just that.

I felt the estimate was fair but was quite more than I had planned on.

The team was amazing. They were courteous, friendly, diligent, and most of all very talented. They always took time to speak with us and answer questions and explain what they were doing and where they were in the timetable. They also worked through bad weather, and that work was perfection! Their talent, fairness and discipline impressed us so much. We will be hiring Custom Crafted Homes for all of our future projects.

The project went excellent. Jeff Baroni and his team are professional, polite and on time which is so rare for contractors on Cape Cod. They did the work in a timely manner and were in constant contact with me when there were delays due to weather or finding material needed to complete the job. I found their pricing to be reasonable and would highly recommend them to others looking to do any size job needed.
