He looked at dishwasher, it had already been fixed. He looked at refrigerator. took the interior apart; he could not fix. He looked at washing machine; said he would be back with the knob to replace . He never returned. Therefore nothing for $169.00 Please refund.

Unfortunately we did not have a satisfactory experience with this company. I scheduled a repair visit for my mother's dishwasher for 9/28 so that I could be there, since my mother is 90 years old. Instead, someone showed up 9/21 (strike 1) when only my mother was home. After inspecting the dishwasher, they said they needed to order a part, and charged her $169.95 just for the visit. No word on how much the part would be, or the additional labor to install. On 9/28, Paolo arrived, but without the part. He called the office - no part. He left after 15 minutes (strike 2). I called them three times that week to find out what was going on and just got the run-around ("let me find the paperwork and I'll get back to you") (strike 3). A few days after a GE repair guy showed up, looked at the dishwasher and said it should be replaced, not repaired. He charged $90. Did Appliance Guy send him? Who knows? Now my mother is out $260 and has gotten zero results. The appliance brand new cost $455. Professional? No. Reliable? No. A honorable business would return the $169.95 that my mother spent on this unsatisfactory experience.

EXCELLENT response and work. Paolo arrived with (Covid -19) face mask and gloves, one hour EARLIER than promised, immediately began to eliminate possible causes of problem, found that the drain pump itself was clogged, removed all debris, reassembled the dishwasher parts, checked carefully that repair was complete -- start to finish in 45 minutes. Paolo was very polite, asked beforehand about each time he needed to do something -- like empty a cabinet to gain access to dishwasher water piping -- cleaned up immediately after some water spilled onto the kitchen floor, and did all his work neatly and professionally. Was 100% pleased with his service and highly recommend him and the company. One tiny nit: Paolo did not know that their posting on Angie's list says there's a 10% discount for seniors, but when I showed it to him, he immediately honored that discount with no additional discussion needed. That shows very smart customer-interaction skills.

I purchased the part from GE and Paul installed it. He was very responsive, prompt and did the work as quoted. I would hire The Appliance Guy of Cape Cod again. Hard to find repairmen who respond and show up when promised and he did.

We had used several years ago and we were not disappointed to utilize again. Belline did work this time and prior time was his brother-Dennis. We would utilize again. Visit to diagnose was 99.95 and Angie's saved 10.00. Then belt with tax 40.00 and labor to put on 60.00. Up front knew costs. Thanks again Belline🤗

Answered calls promptly, arrived on schedule for both visits. Repair person was efficient, courteous and professional. Will call them again when needed.

My husband and I love this guy! He's prompt, efficient and his fixes work. We have used him multiple times and we've asked him to fix things at my mother in law's home as well. He is really easy to deal with!
