Description of Work: I hired Tony to install ceramic tile (8" x 48") in my finished basement and bathroom. I hired him as he had multiple good reviews and I wanted quality workmanship. Well...he did not dissapoint. The job turned out beautiful and the tiles were even. The floor had to be leveled and his prep work laid the base for a super end result. I will keep Tony in mind for additional projects.

Description of Work: Tony renovated our 1970's bathroom into a beautiful, modern, bright bath with a nautical feel. He did fantastic wood and tile work and transformed the room into something we are very proud of. We will use Tony again for our next project.

Description of Work: I responded to an Angie's List 'Big Deal' offered by Anthony Quinn Construction Company; the big deal was that for $75 Mr. Quinn would provide "a custom kitchen design with measurements and plans". Mr. Quinn and his associate responded promptly, set up an appointment, came to my house and discussed possible kitchen designs. On their followup visit they provided me with a preliminary sketch of their proposed design, then followed up with cost estimates for the work. At no time were the 'custom kitchen design plans and measurements ' either mentioned or presented to me. When I wrote to Mr. Quinn expressing my surprise and disappointment, he responded with an apology and shortly thereafter, a check for the $75 I had paid. While I commend him for this gesture, that wasn't what I expected or wanted. Even though I had decided not to go forward with a kitchen remodel at this time, still, part of the fun of signing up for the big deal was the pleasure of having plans I could think about, maybe make changes on, dream about until the time was right. I don't doubt that in different circumstances Mr. Quinn is a competent professional. He did indicate that this was the first time he'd done this kind of promotion, so he might not have understood what was involved.

Description of Work: Tony replaced my front door, removed all of the rotted material and made it look like new. There was un seen additional work due to water and ant damage. Tony did a great job and I would recommend him to all. He was on time, neat, had great carpentry skills and when he left it was as though he had never been there. I didn't have to clean up anything. First rate.

Description of Work: We remodeled our kitchen, dining room and a half bath. It involved some demolition, removal of cabinets, relocating a door, installing ceramic tile (back-splash and flooring), replacing flooring and other miscellaneous jobs, such as removal of existing light fixtures and coordinating electrical work, etc.

Description of Work: After receiving bids from other companies I chose Anthony Quinn. Not just because of the price which was reasonable and very fair but because Anthony LISTENED to me. I had others who said they only worked with certain manufacturers and vendors. Anthony allowed me the freedom to choose to buy the items I wanted. He is a master carpenter and his workmanship is excellent. He has a team of great plumbers, electricians. framers. He tore up old hardwoods and replaced them and the work is perfect. I would trust him with any job. Not only is he a great professional but he is a gentleman.

Description of Work: Installed stair treads, trim, and hand rails on stairs to third floor bedroom. Painted trim and prefinished treads and handrails. Designed to match existing stairs from 1st to 2nd floor. Anthony's work and professionalism are truly exemplary. He was timely in providing a quote. I checked his materials estimates on line and found his quote to be below "discount" web site offerings for treads and hand rails. He showed up punctually on the days he said he would be on-site. He completed the stairs in less than a week and the time between quote and service was just a couple of days. We are very pleased with the quality of his work and can't wait to give him another project.

Description of Work: The project was a total kitchen renovation, beginning with taking down a wall to open up the space, demolishing existing kitchen, and continuing then with ceiling replacement, new hardwood flooring, new cabinets, new lighting and all new appliances. All the work was done efficiently and cleanly, very professional. It was a lengthy process, but there was never any complaints with changes or obstacles. Anthony Quinn Construction is a very capable building contractor, and I plan on having additional work done in the near future.

Description of Work: Due to water damage a considerable amount of work had to be done in several areas of the house including remodeling three bathrooms, the kitchen and the complete basement. In addition to carpentry, ceramic tiling and flooring were performed.

Description of Work: I have had Anthony Quinn do my remodeling work for the past year. I was referred to Anthony (Tony) by a member of the Dennis Rotary Club to do repair work on a home that was part of an Estate Sale. He replaced a door, window and rotten trim. It was first class work and the house sold quickly. I then hired Tony to do interior and exterior remodeling at our home in Sandwich. He remodeled a closet and installed a Bay Window in our dining area. Excellent work. We then had him work remodeling our basement. He added an energy efficient door to our bulkhead area and installed storage shelves around the exterior of our basement. What a difference! The next project was adding a porch to the back of our house. We love this addition for which we have received many positive comments from neighbors. Tony they installed Rose Arbors in our backyard and replaced the entry to our garden shed. Once again he did a terrific job using quality materials that have added greatly to our yard and will last many years. Today Tony is here to add an extra stair rail, as I have recently had knee replacement surgery. Knowing that this was a necessary safety matter, he took time from his weekend to help us out. Anthony Quinn is a skilled carpenter who does expert remodeling across the spectrum of home improvement needs.

Description of Work: I had various repairs needed, mostly on the outside, but also a damaged wall repair inside. Anthony and his assistant did everything in one day, and did it very well. He fixed one problem with a leaky window that had been badly installed (and supposedly repaired) by a different contractor, so that was a weight off our minds.

Description of Work: Removal of old, rotting deck and replacement with a new deck. Work included: obtaining usual permits; removal of old deck and unused masonry stairs underneath; pouring of concrete footings and framing with PT pine; construction of new deck using Ipe wood for decking (fastening with SS through the side: no exposed fasteners), rails and spindles, posts and caps, and two sets of stairs. New local code required substantial strengthening of rails (with one alternative being the use of large bolts connecting the rails to the posts). Mr. Quinn was able to perfectly fabricate Ipe plugs (not easy given Ipe’s density) to cover the bolt holes. Mr. Quinn also addressed our chronic basement flooding through the bulkhead by digging (and filling with crushed stone) an 18”x18” trench around the bulkhead and sealing the bulkhead seams.

Description of Work: Replaced ceilings and walls that had been removed due to water damage. Anthony was very professional, responsive, flexible, and helpful. The quality of the work was excellent. I would certainly recommend him and will call him myself for future projects!

Description of Work: Tony Built a new bathroom closet to match the existing bathroom cabinets and tub surround, and also installed a closet system and shelves to a walk in closet. Plus repair and replace clapboard and windows sills with moisture damage.
